ABOUT FAQ

Being in possession of a ticket to Little Jam Fest shall constitute an acceptance by the ticket holder of the terms, conditions and advice detailed below and implies an undertaking on the part of the holder to understand and accept them.

  • Cancellations and Refunds: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that necessitate canceling your attendance to our event. However, please note that all cancellations are non-refundable. Once a booking has been confirmed and payment processed, it is considered final. We kindly ask all participants to carefully consider their plans before booking to avoid any inconvenience. In the event of cancellation, please note that no refunds, credits or exchanges will be issued.
  • Ticket Terms: The Event is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets and/or wristbands, or for any third-party ticket purchases not made through the official ticket merchant. Additionally, the Event assumes no liability for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the event. Resale of tickets and/ or wristbands is prohibited.
  • Non-Official Business and Service Provider Policy: Only official partners and sponsors of the festival are permitted to promote their businesses or services within the festival grounds. Unauthorized businesses and service providers are prohibited from selling, distributing flyers, or engaging in any form of promotion during the event. This policy ensures a fair and controlled environment for our attendees and official partners. Any non-compliance will result in immediate removal from the premises.
  • Prohibited Items and Activities Policy: Weapons of any kind are not permitted, skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, scooters, large signs and placards which may endanger or inconvenience the attendees of Little Jam Fest are not permitted.
  • Photography and Recording Consent Policy: Ticket holders consent to the photography, filming/sound recording of the event as members of the audience, which may be used without payment or restriction by the event or its sponsors for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to promotional material.
  • Release of Liability: lt is expressly understood that all participants enter at their own risk and that Little Jam Fest by Jam with Jamie, their offices and directors and all persons connected directly or indirectly with the operations of the event, or any sponsor of the event, shall be exempt from any liability for slander, loss, damage, negligence, harm, injury or death of any participant, entrant, vendors, exhibitions, or attendee of any form and equipment which may occur during the event. The Event management reserves the right to refuse admission to the ticket holder if in the reasonable opinion of the Event management, admission of the ticket holder to the Event site might be a risk to the safety of the audience and/or the running of the event. For example, if the ticket holder appears to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and/or is acting aggressively, strictly no illegal substances will be permitted into the Event site, persons entering the Event site may be searched as a condition of the event premises license. The Event management reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions in accordance with any new laws, legislation or internal company policies.
  • Schedule, Artist and Activity Changes: Please note that the schedule, artists and activities for our event are subject to change. While we strive to maintain the advertised schedule, unforeseen circumstances may require adjustments.

Saturday, May 16 at the University of Miami, Student Center Complex. The event is 12-6 p.m. Check in begins at 11:30 a.m. 

The festival is a day of family fun, with the majority of the activities tailored for ages 2-7. 

Our event is a rain or shine occasion. We are committed to providing a memorable experience for all attendees and will take necessary precautions in the event of adverse weather. The University of Miami Student Center is an indoor venue. 

No animals will be admitted to the Event site, except for service animals with proper identification.

Water is allowed and water refill stations are available at the venue. No other outside food and beverage is allowed inside the festival except in the case of food allergies, or other specific dietary restrictions. Please contact the Event organizers if you have any questions. Food and beverage will be available for purchase at the Event, with complimentary beverages from some partners!

Yes, strollers are allowed.
